Hours: 29 hrs per week (Monday- Thursday)

Salary: £20,412-£20,924 Pro Rata

Pension contribution: 20.8%

Location: Stockport campus with the requirement to travel to other campuses

The Trafford and Stockport College Group (TSCG) is seeking an experienced Customer Services & Admissions Assistant to support and enhance the application process at Trafford and Stockport College Group. You must have previous experience of working in a busy environment, dealing with a range of applications and queries.

About you

If you are passionate about Customer Service, eager to share your knowledge, skills and experience, and enthusiastic about supporting applicants to achieve their goals, then now is the perfect time to join us.

You will be responsible for:

  • Handling enquiries
  • Triaging applications against applicant grades
  • Making offers
  • Setting up interviews
  • Liaising with curriculum teams across sites to ensure applicants progress smoothly through their journey

In addition, the post holder also provides support to the main reception desk and will be required to work evenings with notice to ensure the business needs of our current students and applicants are met.
