Role: Lecturer in Health and Social Care with Specialism in Applied Sciences

Hours: 24.5 hrs per week

Salary: £35,019.00 – £49,767.00 Full Time Equivalent (£24,513 – £34,836 pro rata)

Employer Pension Contribution: 28.68% (£9,565.06 – £13,593.45 FTE)

Location: Altrincham with the ability to travel to other campuses

The Role:

We are seeking an inspiring and dedicated Lecturer in Health and Social Care to join our dynamic teaching team who is passionate about shaping the next generation of health and care professionals. You will deliver engaging and inclusive teaching across a range of qualifications including NCFE CACHE, T Level Health and the science elements for the courses.

You will contribute to curriculum development, support learners through their academic journey, and bring real-world insight into the classroom. Whether delivering lessons on safeguarding, communication in care, or the science behind health interventions, your expertise will help students connect theory to practice.

You are an experienced qualified teacher or industry expert who is will to complete a recognised teaching qualification or willing to work towards. You are or would be confident delivering all levels of learners.
