Responsibilities
- You will manage a large, highly effective and committed team of Learning Facilitators to ensure that learners of all ages with SEND, and those who have High Needs, are appropriately identified, assessed and supported during their programme of study to progress and achieve their aims.
- You will participate in transition processes, to identify and plan support requirements for students who have EHCPs, particularly those who require High Needs support.
- As part of your role, you will lead and document annual EHCP reviews, to monitor progression for High Needs learners and adjust support wherever required.
- You will demonstrate the ability to formulate excellent working partnerships with internal and external stakeholders and coordinate a wide range of support requirements, including opportunities for personalised supported learning.
