Role: JobCoach Progression and Inclusion

Hours – 36.25 per week

Salary – £24,723-£27,900

Location – Cheadle (travel may be required to other campuses)

Pension:20.8%(£5,389-£6,082)

The Trafford & Stockport College Group (TSCG) has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Job Coach Progression and Inclusion to join the team to help us achieve our vision of unlocking potential and fostering success, specifically supporting our Employer Engagement department and Curriculum teams.

The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced candidates to join the Inclusion team to help us achieve our vision of unlocking potential and fostering success. The role provides specialist support for learners in our Progression Curriculum department, who are attending study programmes, such as our Pre-Supported or Supported Internships and in sourcing work placement opportunities for our vocational learners.

About you:

If you are passionate about working your specialist subject and sharing your knowledge, skills and experience and has an enthusiasm for supporting young people to gain work experience and progress into paid employment there has never been a better time to join Trafford and Stockport College Group.

We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of success in the employability, work experience or support sector, who has previous understanding of work‑based development skills, the ability to liaise effectively with employers and other agencies. In addition, you will have previous experience of identifying the knowledge and skills of learners and coaching and supporting learners to ensure they receive quality work experience placements and develop at a suitable place to progress into paid employment.

In certain cases, it may be appropriate to appoint to a higher point in the pay grade at the discretion of the Director of HR & Performance due to the candidate’s current salary, experience or qualifications.
