The Trafford & Stockport College Group is seeking an experienced Transition Coordinator to join the Inclusion team at the Stockport Campus.

This permanent full-time role is 36.25 hours per week, with a salary of £33,024 - £35,103 FTE and an employer pension contribution of 15%.

The role supports learners with EHCPs to ensure high-quality, personalised transitions into the College, working with schools, local authorities and external agencies across the Group.
