Trafford College invites applications for a Programme Leader for Choices at the Cheadle campus.

You will strategically lead the Choices programme area, manage teaching commitments and resources, and drive high-quality teaching, learning and learner outcomes.

The role focuses on SEND learners aged 16–24, developing an inclusive curriculum, forging partnerships with SEND schools and employers, and ensuring progression to sustainable destinations.
