The Trafford & Stockport College Group (TSCG) has an opportunity for a Careers Advisor to provide a comprehensive Information, Advice and Guidance Service for all clients of the Group, contributing to success, achievement, retention and progression.
About you:

About the Role:
You will prove an impartial, in‑depth, initial guidance service for clients considering entering the Trafford College Group including an assessment of their interests, abilities and aspirations to assist them choose a relevant course of study with appropriate support.
In addition, you will provide an on‑going, impartial, in‑depth guidance service to students of all ages and backgrounds with differentiated, targeted follow‑up support, including early intervention for students who are considering leaving their course/s of study or learning.
You will also provide help for students at appropriate times during and after their courses are completed to assist them maximise the benefits of their learning and qualifications within education, training and/or employment.
To be successful in this position you must hold a Level 6 equivalent qualification in Careers Guidance and Level 2 Maths and English.
