Trafford & Stockport College Group (TSCG) is seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join our Talent Attraction Team. You will partner with hiring managers across the Group to deliver a professional, efficient and candidate‑focused recruitment service from vacancy approval through to onboarding.

You’ll provide expert advice on recruitment best practice, support managers throughout the hiring process, and develop effective attraction strategies to ensure we attract diverse, high‑quality candidates.
