We are looking to appoint enthusiastic and organised Enrolment Assistants to support our busy enrolment periods. This is a key front‑line role, providing an excellent service to applicants, students, parents/carers and colleagues to ensure enrolment runs smoothly and efficiently. You will play an important part in supporting learners as they join the College, helping them feel welcomed, informed and confident at the start of their journey with us.

About you:

  • Friendly, approachable and confident dealing with a diverse range of people
  • Well organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable using IT systems and handling sensitive information confidentially
  • Able to work well under pressure during busy periods
  • A strong team player with a positive, flexible approach

Previous experience in a customer service, administration, education or student‑facing role is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
