Trafford & Stockport College Group (TSCG) is looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Employer Partnerships Lead to play a key role in strengthening our relationships with employers and supporting workforce development across Greater Manchester to help us achieve our vision of unlocking potential for successful futures.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about education, skills and employer engagement to work collaboratively with businesses, curriculum teams and external partners to deliver innovative training and talent solutions.
In this role, you will build and manage strong employer relationships, identify workforce development opportunities and support organisations to access the college’s full range of provision including apprenticeships, T Levels, adult skills programmes and workforce training. Taking a consultative approach, you will work closely with employers to understand their skills needs and design solutions that support their growth, productivity and talent pipelines. You will also contribute to the college’s wider growth strategy by developing new partnerships, promoting the college’s employer offer and representing the organisation at industry events and stakeholder networks.
We are looking for someone with strong business development and relationship management experience, excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to supporting learners and employers through high‑quality skills provision.
