As a multi-channel affiliate, we deliver high-converting traffic to casino and sportsbook brands across key markets β through a blend of email, SEO, PPC, and our proprietary VIP network, Club Lucky. With ambitious plans for expansion and innovation, we\βre growing fast β and we\βre looking for a commercially sharp and operationally strong Senior Financial Accountant to help lead the way. Reporting directly into the Finance Director this role represents an opportunity for accelerated career progression. While this position does not initially include direct reports, our rapid growth means you\\\βll soon have the chance to establish and manage a team as the function scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation of consolidated financial statements, ensuring compliance with UK GAAP and delivering accurate financial reporting to stakeholders
- Deliver accurate and timely monthly management accounts, consolidations and key supporting schedules. Provide meaningful commentary and partner with the FD on variance analysis and performance insights
- Ensure the robustness of internal controls and governance structures as the company scales, maintaining financial integrity and compliance.
- Identify inefficiencies and opportunities to streamline, automate, and standardise finance processes. Take a leading role in ERP optimisation or implementation projects, ensuring the function scale with the business
- Lead entity structuring for new business ventures and optimization of current structures
- Lead the end-to-end annual audit cycle action as the main point of contact for auditors and ensuring a clean and timely close
- Collaborate across departments to deliver financial insights that support decision-making.
What we\\\βre looking for
- Professional qualification (ACA,ACCA or equivalent) with 2+ years post qualified experience
- A hands on \\\βno job too small\\\β mindset β able to operate at both strategic and transaction levels
- Strong operational mindset β able to design and enforce scalable processes in a fast-paced commercial setting.
- Clear, confident communicator who can influence, challenge and engage across the organisation
- The ideal candidate will have experience in the iGaming industry however this is not a requirement
