We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our international team at Traffic Label. The ideal candidate will take ownership of designing, building, and maintaining our infrastructure with a strong focus on AWS, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and high-load systems. You will ensure scalability, stability, and security of our platforms that power digital marketing and iGaming products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and optimize AWS infrastructure using EC2, S3, RDS/Aurora, VPC, ECS, ECR, Route53, WAF, CloudFront, Amazon Q.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines with AWS CodeBuild + CodePipeline, integrating automated testing tools (Playwright, K6).
  • Work with Redis, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Postgres (Aurora/RDS) in high-load environments.
  • Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform.
  • Configure CDN and DNS solutions with Cloudflare and AWS services.
  • Ensure application and infrastructure security (WAF, DNS, CDN, compliance).
  • Collaborate with developers and QA teams to optimize deployment workflows.
  • Troubleshoot incidents and guarantee high availability of production environments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience as a DevOps Engineer.
  • Strong expertise in the AWS ecosystem (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, ECS, ECR, Route53, WAF, CloudFront, Amazon Q).
  • Hands-on experience with Redis, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Postgres.
  • Experience with CI/CD (AWS CodeBuild/CodePipeline, GitHub Actions, or similar).
  • Proficiency in Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
  • Knowledge of gRPC, SignalR/Pusher integrations.
  • Good knowledge of monitoring and performance optimization.
  • Czech language - native or conversational.
  • English language - C1 level or higher.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in iGaming, fintech, or other high-load environments.
  • Knowledge of automation flows, A/B testing for infrastructure performance, and AWS cost optimization.
  • Familiarity with Localazy, Vercel, or similar deployment/localization platforms.
