Our products combine innovative design, high performance, and scalability. We’re expanding our front‑end engineering team and are seeking a skilled React Developer to help drive new product builds and refine existing architectures.
Role Overview
You will be part of a small but highly capable engineering team responsible for developing and maintaining performant, well‑structured, and scalable front‑end applications. This role involves collaborating closely with backend developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to deliver best‑in‑class gaming experiences. You’ll work primarily in React + Next.js, employing modern patterns, libraries, and tooling. The ideal candidate is both hands‑on and detail‑oriented, with a strong sense of quality and an interest in building well‑architected systems that balance creativity and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Build interactive and responsive front‑end components using React 19+ and Next.js 15+ (App Router, SSR, server actions).
- Develop modular, reusable code using modern frameworks like TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Mantine UI.
- Implement efficient data management with TanStack Query and TanStack Form.
- Integrate and manage REST APIs using tools such as Swagger / OpenAPI for consistent type‑safe interfaces.
- Collaborate with the backend team on performance optimization, deployment, and continuous integration (CI/CD).
- Maintain and evolve a Turborepo monorepo architecture, ensuring clean development workflows.
- Apply best practices for code versioning and documentation using Git and relevant CI/CD tools.
- Contribute to architectural discussions, proposing improvements and shaping technical direction.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience building complex, scalable web applications with React (v19+) and Next.js (v15+).
- Strong understanding of TypeScript and modern front‑end tooling (Vite, Tailwind CSS).
- Experience with Mantine UI, React Aria Components, and responsive component design.
- Solid grasp of TanStack Query/Form, REST API integration, and Swagger / OpenAPI documentation.
- Familiarity with Turborepo and monorepo design principles.
- Working knowledge of Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Nice to Have
- Advanced React concepts: hooks, composition, compound components, render props.
- Advanced CSS techniques: animations, container queries.
- Automated API type generation (e.g. Orval).
- Code consistency and formatting tools: ESLint, Prettier, Biome.
- Exposure to Pixi.js, or general game development experience a plus.
