As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will ensure all manufacturing requirements are communicated in detail across relevant departments and provide support throughout the organization.
The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for:
- Creating FMEAs, Process Flows, Control Plans, Work Instructions, Gauge Instructions, Packing Instructions, and other process documents.
- Managing NPI projects from initial process design and layout to full launch.
- Collaborating with new and existing suppliers to introduce new machines, tools, and equipment.
- Conducting buy-off processes for new machines and tools.
- Improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) on current production lines.
- Assisting in the development of less experienced engineers.
The successful candidate should have a degree in engineering or HNC/HND with relevant Lean/Continuous Improvement project experience. Excellent communication skills are essential, as this role involves significant client management and project leadership.
