Quality Manager

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Manager within an SME Automotive Business in Oldbury. The role has a small number of reports and will have real autonomy within a flat structure from Day 1. As such, it could suit a Senior Engineer looking for a step up or perhaps a seasoned Quality Manager looking to hit the ground running and be left to get on with it. The successful Quality Manager will have a proven Automotive background and excellent customer management skills. The Quality Manager will be responsible for: Maintaining, monitoring, and improving the QMS Day-to-day quality work as needed (8D, 5 Whys, PPAP, etc.) Leading audits (Customer, ISO 9001, and IATF 16949) The Quality Manager should have experience in a similar Automotive Quality role and will be a key player in the wider business, including management of KPIs and mentoring junior staff.
