We are currently seeking an experienced Plant Fitter to join our established team with an immediate start available.
The ideal candidate will be time-served within a plant hire workshop environment and have previous experience working in a busy workshop or warehouse operation. Practical mechanical and electrical knowledge of plant equipment is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance and servicing of temporary traffic signals
- Maintenance of plant trailers and small plant equipment
- Battery exchanges and inspections
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Collection and delivery of traffic signal equipment
- Weekly stock control and inventory checks
- Participation in the call-out rota
