We're looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our high-performing Partnerships team, an integral part of our business development function and central to our ongoing growth strategy. This role plays a key part in expanding and nurturing Theatre partnerships across our theatre supply portfolio within our ticketing agency business, ultimately helping to bring more audiences into theatre.

As Partnerships Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering and evolving our value proposition to support the next phase of our growth. Reporting directly to the Director of Partnerships and Campaigns, you'll manage a portfolio of key accounts, working closely with marketing agencies, producers, and venues to develop and execute strategies that drive ticket sales through our marketing channels and partner networks.

We're seeking a natural communicator, someone confident in pitching, proactive in building relationships, and persuasive in presentation. Your relationship management skills and commercial instinct will be essential in maximising revenue and achieving growth targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive and execute our partnership strategy across our theatre and product supplier portfolio, identifying needs and opportunities and driving stakeholder value.
  • Liaise and manage relationships alongside the Partnerships Team with leading Marketing agencies, Ticketing Representatives and/or Producers.
  • In partnership with the business development team and wider commercial team, create new campaign and marketing opportunities driving user acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
  • Identify, convert and onboard new Theatre partnership opportunities to increase ticket sales.
  • Awareness of the marketplace to seek opportunities and pursue.
  • Execute and lead key seasonal campaigns, ensuring KPI's of the campaign are met and obstacles identified.
  • Pitch, present and convert sales opportunities including inventory access, (exclusive) offers and promotions and content access.
  • Represent London Theatre Direct and the TE Group at industry events and support commercial deliverables through effective networking. This includes regular visits to shows, show launches and post-show events.
  • Deliver partner dashboards and reporting, creating actionable insights and supporting pitches for additional commercial activity and boosting partnership value.
  • Create a reporting suite for performance analysis and forecasting models across the market.
  • Always acting in accordance with Trafalgar Entertainment's values and ethics.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as required.
ABOUT YOU
  • You are an experienced, passionate, and inspirational Partnerships and/or Account Manager with natural commercial acumen.
  • You have good experience in a managerial role in a growing and thriving live entertainment business.
  • You have successfully delivered and/or supported accelerated growth business plans.
  • You have a passion for live theatre and possess a deep working knowledge of the industry and its major stakeholder groups.
  • You have accumulated a network of key contacts and decision makers within our sector.
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit, and are results driven and outcome focused.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment and can manage and coordinate complex workstreams and stakeholder landscapes.
  • You enjoy data crunching and turn analysis into actionable marketing strategies and tactics.
  • You are a highly effective communicator and can present to external clients and internally to key stakeholders and mixed audiences.
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
