This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on sales leader who enjoys building as much as managing. We're looking for a true player-coach, someonewho can lead and develop a team of Account Executives, take ownership of revenue performance and roll their sleeves up to help win business when needed. A major part of the role will be building and developing the company's outbound sales engine, defining the ICP, improving prospecting activity, increasing pipeline generation and creating a repeatable sales playbook that can scale with the business. What you'll be doing Leading, coaching and developing a team of Account Executives Owning new business and renewal revenue performance Building an outbound sales motion from the ground up Improving pipeline generation, conversion and average deal value Managing forecasting and driving strong CRM discipline Supporting and getting involved in key opportunities Developing sales processes, KPIs and incentives Representing the business at industry events across the UK, Europe and US Working closely with senior leadership to shape the commercial strategy What we're looking for
