Im partnering with a high-growth SaaS business operating in the Short-Term Rental (STR)/PropTech space, on a mission to modernise how property managers run and scale their operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with real momentum, strong product-market fit, and a genuinely consultative sales approach. This role is offered on a full-time contractor basis (outside of PAYE).
This is a true full-cycle Account Executive role where youll take ownership from first touch through to close. Youll be engaging with short-term rental operators, understanding the complexities of their business, and positioning a product that genuinely solves operational and revenue challenges. Its not transactional sales, this is about running smart discovery, delivering tailored demos, and building credibility as a trusted advisor. Youll be responsible for driving new, renewable MRR, while working closely with onboarding and customer success to ensure a seamless customer journey.
What Youll Be Doing
- Owning the full sales cycle from outbound through to close
- Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline (minimum 2x coverage)
- Running high-quality discovery calls and value-led demos
- Closing high-value, multi-stakeholder deals
- Proactively identifying and targeting STR operators
- Keeping pipeline, forecasting, and CRM (HubSpot) spot on
About You
- 2+ years experience in full-cycle SaaS sales with a strong outbound focus
- Experience within the Short-Term Rental (STR) space
- Exposure to Property Management Systems (a big plus)
- A natural hunter proactive, driven, and commercially sharp
- Confident running consultative sales processes and handling objections
- Strong communicator, able to build credibility with a range of stakeholders
- Self-sufficient and comfortable operating in a fully remote environment
