Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management & Content Creation
- Develop, record, and edit engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
- Create a content calendar to maintain consistent posting aligned with marketing campaigns.
- Produce high-quality photos, videos, and graphics that reflect the brand's personality.
- Stay up to date with social media trends to grow the audience effectively.
- Community Engagement
- Actively engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Organise social media competitions, campaigns, and collaborations to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Interact with pet-related pages and communities to build relationships and visibility.
- Gather and share user-generated content (with permission) to foster a strong sense of community.
- In-Person Events
- Represent the brand at pet shows, meetups, and other industry events.
- Set up and manage event stands or displays, interact with attendees, and promote products.
- Capture live content (photos, videos, and stories) during events for social media sharing.
- Network with event organisers, influencers, and potential partners to expand brand reach.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Track and analyse social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, etc.).
- Provide regular reports and insights to optimise content and strategy.
- Use data-driven approaches to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or community engagement.
