Trafalgar Talent is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing, international pet-tech business transforming how owners stay connected to their pets. Since launching in recent years, the company has scaled rapidly, building a global customer base across multiple markets, with further international expansion planned in 2026. With a strong subscription-led model, they are now looking to bring in a Data Analyst to support the next phase of growth.
This is a high-impact role, working closely with senior leadership and contributing to a function responsible for a significant portion of company revenue.
This is a fully office-based position, ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will work with large, complex datasets to generate insight, improve decision-making, and drive commercial performance. A key focus will be optimising recurring revenue, improving customer retention, and enhancing subscription billing processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Build reports and dashboards to track KPIs and performance
- Turn complex datasets into actionable business insights
- Use SQL and BigQuery for data analysis and data mining
- Identify trends, issues, and opportunities to optimise performance
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Finance and Marketing
- Support strategic decision-making through data-driven recommendations
- 3+ years experience in a Data Analyst or similar role
- Strong SQL and BigQuery experience
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Comfortable working with large datasets
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and naturally curious
- Able to think both strategically and creatively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a SaaS or subscription-based business
- Exposure to financial or commercial data analysis
- Experience with Looker
- Python skills (particularly for reporting or automation)
