Remote (UK-based) SaaS | Full-Time Contractor
Im recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing SaaS business in the Short-Term Rental (STR) / PropTech space. This role is offered on a full-time contractor basis (not PAYE).
The Role
Youll own the full sales cycle, running high-quality discovery, demo, and negotiation conversations with short-term rental operators. The focus is on driving new, renewable MRR through consultative, value-based selling, with strong CRM and forecasting discipline. Youll act as a trusted advisor to prospects and ensure a smooth handover to onboarding and customer success teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain minimum 2x pipeline coverage
- Run consultative discovery calls and value-led demos
- Forecast accurately and close high-value deals
- Identify and research STR operators for outbound activity
- Maintain excellent CRM hygiene and pipeline discipline
About You
- 2+ years full-cycle SaaS sales experience (inbound & outbound)
- Confident negotiator with a hunter mentality
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly accountable, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely
- Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot desirable)
Contract & Package
- Engagement: Full-time contractor
- OTE: £64,000 - £70,000 per year
