We are seeking an experienced RICS-registered Residential Surveyor to join our growing team, supporting clients across the Portsmouth, Winchester and Southampton areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to work within a dynamic environment, delivering high-quality surveying and valuation services.
Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 basic | OTE £60,000 – £90,000

Key Requirements

Role & Responsibilities
As a Residential Surveyor, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of professional services, including:
- RICS Level 2 (HomeBuyer) Surveys
- RICS Level 3 (Building) Surveys
- Red Book Valuations
- Bespoke Building Surveys
- Private and panel work
You will also be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring all work is delivered to a high standard and within agreed deadlines. This role is ideal for a driven surveyor looking to further develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking team.
