Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced Home Health Aides for the Falmouth area to assist clients in need of support and companionship.
Shifts Available:
- Weekday mornings: e.g., 8a-12p, 9a-1p, or 10a-2p (sometimes clients request afternoon hours 12pm-4pm)
- Day shifts: 5-10 hours
- Evening shifts: e.g., 5p-9p or 5p-10p
- Overnight shifts: typically 12 hours, e.g., 7p-7a or 8p-8a
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living and personal care
- Assist with light housekeeping
- Encourage walking and exercising
- Provide stimulating conversation and activities
- Transport clients to doctor's appointments, shopping, etc.
- Encourage fluid intake and assist with meal preparation per orders/CarePlan
- Document shift activities frequently during the shift digitally using a smartphone
- Report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team promptly
