The predicted salary is between 15 - 20 £ per hour.

An experienced Works Foreman is required with an employment history based around the manufacture of steel framed buildings. The ideal candidate will be required to assist the Production Manager in the day to day running of our fabrication workshop taking the lead role of responsibilities during periods of annual leave etc.

The Works Foreman will be a nominated keyholder and a person that alongside the Production Manager can promote high quality & accurate fabrication output, with the ability to read computer generated fabrication drawings, having the ability to check with precision and accuracy fabricated materials prior to welding and painting.

The Works Foreman will also be required to have a knowledge and understanding of health and safety as well as factory operating procedures including welding and paint application.

This is a great opportunity for someone experienced in a similar role or indeed for an experienced fabricator/welder that wants to upskill into a supervisory role within a family business.

A competitive hourly rate of pay is offered with the availability of overtime to the right candidate dependent upon their knowledge and experience of the structural steelwork industry. Hours of work are 8.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am – 4.30 pm on Fridays with overtime paid anytime worked outside of these hours.
