This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in accelerating and structuring AI adoption across the region. It is a strategic and hands‐on enablement position at the intersection of business, technology, and change.

You will act as the bridge between our Global AI Centre of Excellence (CoE) and regional business functions, ensuring that AI initiatives are relevant, feasible, adopted, and impactful. Your mission: turn AI into measurable business value.

You will work in close partnership with the regional PMO and report jointly to the Regional CEO and Head of the AI CoE. The role is based in London, with occasional travel to Tradition's headquarters in Switzerland and other EMEA offices.

Your role

  • AI use case identification and structuring: Partner with regional leadership and their teams to identify high‐impact AI opportunities. Translate business challenges into structured project briefs (scope, data needs, KPIs). Ensure use cases are sufficiently mature and viable before submission to the CoE.
  • Adoption and change management: Lead the regional rollout of bespoke AI solutions and general productivity tools. Develop and execute strategies to build trust, and ensure sustained usage across teams. Act as a visible AI ambassador within the region.
  • Training and community animation: Design and deliver training sessions for non‐technical audiences. Develop practical learning pathways (workshop, playbooks). Identify and coordinate a network of regional AI Champions to support grassroots adoption. Animate an active community of practice around AI usage.
  • Feedback and prioritisation: Collect feedback from users and stakeholders. Surface regional needs and help prioritise feature requests and new use cases within the global roadmap.
  • Tech intelligence: In conjunction with the CoE, share relevant developments in AI with regional stakeholders and help teams identify where new capabilities could apply to their workflows.
  • PMO partnership: Collaborate closely with the Regional PMO to ensure AI projects are aligned with regional timelines, budgets, and governance. The PMO provides operational rigour; the Regional AI Adoption Lead provides technical relevance, feasibility assessment, and user trust.

Your profile

  • Experience: 6–8 years of professional experience in a role combining business exposure and technical proximity.
  • Background: Proven experience in one or more of the following: product management in a data/AI context, technical project management, business analysis within engineering‐driven organisations, or a data science/ML engineering role that evolved toward stakeholder management. International exposure and cross‐cultural experience within EMEA environments are highly valued.
  • Technical understanding (non‐coding role): Machine learning foundations (high‐level understanding of production deployment, large language models & generative AI, architecture, strength, and limitations of LLMs, awareness of evolving GenAI ecosystem), Data & Infrastructure (understanding of governance, compliance, and regulated data environments, enterprise data landscapes).
  • Demonstrated experience in leading technology adoption: Hands‐on experience in driving sustained workflow transformation and cultural change within an organisation is a key requirement.
  • Training for enablement: Experience designing and delivering training to non‐technical audiences. The ideal candidate is patient, engaging, and genuinely enjoys helping others become autonomous. Past experience in animating communities of practice or user groups is a strong plus.
  • Stakeholder management: Experience engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, from C‐suite executives to operational teams across functions. Comfort with dual reporting lines or matrix structures is essential.

Soft Skills

  • Translation ability: Ability to convert a business pain point into a structured technical brief for data scientists, and communicate technical constraints clearly to non‐technical stakeholders.
  • Pragmatism: Focuses execution on usable, scalable outcomes.
  • Intellectual curiosity: Passionate about AI impact and business implications.
  • Team orientation: Thrives in a model where priorities are set jointly with the CoE and regional needs are advocated for within a global framework. Sees amplifying the central team's impact as the mission.

Academic Background

  • Master's degree from a recognised institution in a STEM field or hybrid STEM‐business (e.g., Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Economics with a quantitative focus). MBA or Executive education programme is a plus.
