We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our global digital marketing strategy. This role requires both vision and operational excellence, with a focus on performance marketing, content strategy, SEO, paid media, and marketing automation. You will manage external agencies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and play a central role in enhancing engagement, building brand equity, and driving business outcomes. You will also be responsible for interpreting analytics, reporting on performance, and continuously evolving our approach to remain at the forefront of best practices and innovation in B2B financial services marketing.
Main responsibilities within the Digital Marketing Manager position include:
- Develop and lead the global digital marketing strategy across SEO, paid advertising, organic content, social media, and marketing automation, aligned to core business goals.
- Plan, manage, and execute integrated digital campaigns, ensuring clear KPIs are set, performance is monitored, and optimisations are actioned regularly.
- Lead market research and competitor analysis to inform digital strategy and identify growth opportunities.
- Manage content strategy and production, overseeing the creation of compelling, high-quality content across all platforms, including blogs, web pages, and social media.
- Maintain brand consistency and ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate standards across all digital touchpoints.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring the best allocation of resources to meet commercial objectives.
- Utilise analytics tools to track, analyse, and report on digital campaign performance, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying trends, interpreting insights, and adapting tactics accordingly.
- Champion the adoption of digital marketing best practices across internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Lead the planning and delivery of digital marketing infrastructure projects (e.g., website enhancements, CRM and marketing automation integrations).
- Stay ahead of digital trends and innovations, proactively identifying opportunities to strengthen TraditionData’s digital presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, product, sales, and technology to ensure consistent messaging and campaign alignment.
- Support cultural change by embedding a digital-first, customer-centric mindset across marketing activities.
- Inspire and empower team members and agencies to deliver high-performance results with a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Foster collaboration and innovation, encouraging adaptation to change and the proactive sharing of ideas.
Key skills, experience and competencies required in this role:
- A proven track record of successfully delivering multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, preferably within financial services, technology, legal, or other professional services sectors.
- Deep expertise across key digital disciplines, including SEO, paid search, programmatic, content marketing, social media, and marketing automation.
- Strong experience in content-led marketing strategies with a focus on driving engagement and measurable results.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into clear strategies and campaign refinements.
- Proficiency with digital marketing and analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), and social media dashboards.
- Hands-on experience managing digital transformation projects or infrastructure upgrades in marketing environments.
- CIM or equivalent digital marketing qualification preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, demonstrating flexibility, prioritisation, and a solution-focused mindset.
- A natural collaborator, able to manage internal and external stakeholders professionally and effectively.
