About the role: As the UK Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and growing Tradin Organic’s presence in the UK. This position offers a clear pathway for leadership development and long-term career growth. You will have the autonomy to build and expand a diverse portfolio of strategic accounts, while also identifying new opportunities to enhance our market share. Working closely with various business units, you will develop and execute a comprehensive UK market strategy that drives commercial success. This role offers the chance to progress into a more strategic position as you contribute to Tradin Organic’s growth in the UK market.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborative Strategy Building: Develop and execute a comprehensive UK market strategy, driving sales growth, profitability, and market expansion in close collaboration with business units while ensuring alignment and collaboration across different functions.
