About the Team

TradingView connects millions of traders and investors worldwide. Our legal team operates across multiple jurisdictions at pace, and we are looking for a Junior Paralegal to join and support the team — helping keep our legal operations running smoothly so our lawyers can focus on the bigger picture.

Responsibilities

  • Contracts & Legal Support
    • Draft, review, and track commercial contracts such as NDAs, vendor agreements, and partnership deals.
    • Assist with legal research and regulatory queries, summarizing findings clearly and concisely for internal stakeholders.
    • Provide general legal support to the wider legal team across a range of matters.
  • Corporate & Compliance
    • Maintain and update corporate records and filings across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
    • Support regulatory and compliance work, particularly in the fintech space.
  • Legal Operations & Internal Filing
    • Own and maintain the team's internal filing systems, ensuring documents are accurately stored, consistently organized, and easy to retrieve.
    • Identify and implement improvements to internal workflows and processes, ensuring the legal team operates as efficiently as possible.
    • Act as a point of contact for internal legal operations — keeping templates, trackers, and shared resources up to date and optimized for the team's needs.

Qualifications (Mandatory)

  • Law degree (2:1 or First Class Honours) or non-law degree plus Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) at Merit or Distinction.

Experience & Skills

  • Some prior paralegal or legal experience, ideally in a tech, fintech, or financial services environment.
  • Exposure to cross‑border legal matters is an advantage (EU, UK, and US experience a plus).
  • Strong contract‑management skills.
  • Confident using legal and business tools, including Word, G‑Suite, LinkSquares, Jira, and AI‑assisted legal tools such as Legora.
