Your Mission:

We are looking for a data-driven and versatile marketer who can take ownership of various marketing initiatives to drive growth and improve conversion rates. This role requires a hands-on individual capable of managing multiple projects and working across various marketing channels. The ideal candidate will be able to plan, test, and analyse marketing strategies while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to align efforts with business objectives. This position offers a significant opportunity to impact TradingView\’s growth trajectory and shape the development of the global financial markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conversion Rate Optimization: Take the lead in developing and running A/B testing, analyse user behaviour, identify conversion bottlenecks, growth opportunities and implement improvements at all stages of the user journey.
  2. Marketing Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan and execute campaigns across paid search, social, brand marketing, and affiliate partnerships to drive user acquisition and engagement.
  3. Product Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the Product Marketing team to align marketing activities with product development and ensure marketing strategies are in sync with product developments and user needs.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product marketing, design, and engineering teams to align marketing efforts with product development and growth initiatives.
  5. Data Analysis & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on key performance metrics, ensuring marketing initiatives are backed by data-driven decisions.

Required Skills:

  1. 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital performance marketing, preferably in high-growth B2C/B2B software companies, with a proven track record of building and scaling growth.
  2. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data, generate actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  3. Experience with attribution modelling, performance measurement, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, etc).
  4. Proven ability to improve conversion rates and drive business growth through data-driven decision-making, experimentation and A/B testing.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  6. Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with team player mindset, actively contributing to collective success.
  7. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, such as startups, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  8. Curious, proactive, and enthusiastic about exploring new opportunities and driving growth.
  9. Experience with subscription-based business models is a plus.

It’ll also be an advantage if you have experience in:

  1. Finance experience or knowledge of Trading.
  2. Knowledge of TradingView.
