Trading Post Coffee Roasters is an artisan coffee roasting and hospitality business that, since opening in 2017, has expanded to serve freshly roasted coffee, brunch, and cocktails across Brighton and Sussex. Exceptional coffee and quality food is at the heart of everything we do and who we are. We always aspire to deliver the best quality, consistency, and service in all our Coffee Houses. As Senior Brunch Chef, you will ensure the quality and presentation of the food served from the Kitchen is of the highest standard at all times. You will work with the Head Chef to ensure a smooth running daily kitchen operation, maintaining and enhancing service to the guests and to maximise profit at all times. You will also work to ensure that all areas of the venue are working to the highest food safety levels at all times. You will be a team player and where required be flexible and adaptable to support in our kitchen areas as the business needs dictate. We’re more concerned with what’s in the glass not whether it’s half full or empty so come and pour some happiness into yours by joining our team!
