We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our Web team – which is responsible for the underlying web frameworks that power our MAST and CaaS products and internal tools. Our goal is to allow financial institutions to create front to back controls that monitor regulatory risk. To do this, they need to be able to configure metrics that analyse their data and a dashboard that shows the results of this alert.
As an Engineer, you’ll be working across our product platform to deliver implementations, library code, and new features used by some of the world's leading financial institutions. You’ll also become a trusted point of contact for other teams working closely with product, quants, and other engineers.
- Take ownership of parts of the application stack, ensuring it operates in a reliable, scalable, and performant manner, with strong observability into production behaviour.
- Build and maintain both the front-end components and the back-end, giving our customers the tools to investigate complex trading scenarios with clarity and speed.
- Participate in code reviews, stand-ups, and design discussions, contributing to a high-quality engineering culture.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years' commercial experience as a software engineer.
- Solid experience with C# / .NET and ASP.NET or other object-oriented frameworks.
- Front-end exposure with at least one modern framework (Blazor, React, Angular, or Vue).
- Knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Willingness to learn financial markets.
- Demonstrable experience of building software products from start to finish.
- Knowledge of Cloud based desirable (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
