The Product Analyst role is an entry point into the Product team at TradingHub, providing exposure to all aspects of product development and customer engagement. The role focuses on supporting team members across a variety of tasks, from creating mock surveillance scenarios for customer pitches to testing new product features. This position offers an excellent opportunity to build technical and analytical skills and learn about financial markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating mock examples of market abuse to demonstrate software capabilities and support customer pitches and product demos
  • Preparing content and supporting material for Relationship Managers in customer meetings and events
  • Testing new product features such as UI components and underlying models used to generate surveillance alerts
  • Assisting with model validation exercises run by customers when onboarding TradingHub products
  • Running periodic model monitoring to ensure suitability of model choices and assumptions
  • Partnering with cross functional teams to research, understand and develop new product features
  • Reviewing and producing internal documentation

Main Skills/Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and mathematics skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to non-technical audiences
  • Curious mindset with an eagerness to learn and solve problems
  • Keen interest in financial markets
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with SQL, Python, C# or a similar programming language desirable but not essential
