The Role

We are seeking a People Operations & Systems Specialist to own TradingHub's People systems, integrations and our emerging HR AI functionality alongside the compliance-critical lifecycle moments that need a human touch. Sitting within the People team, you will be the custodian of our HRIS, automations and sponsorship processes across a growing global footprint.

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimise TradingHub's People tech stack, including HiBob, Happl, integrations and HR AI agents.
  • Design and maintain automated People processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Manage HR systems integrations and data integrity across global offices.
  • Own background screening, right-to-work checks and UK visa sponsorship compliance.
  • Deliver seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences.
  • Produce People reporting, documentation and compliance outputs.
  • Support strategic People projects and drive operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years' HRIS or People Operations experience, ideally with HiBob.
  • Experience configuring HR systems, workflows, automations and integrations.
  • Exposure to AI tools, agents or HR technology innovation.
  • Good understanding of employee lifecycle processes and UK employment compliance.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented and comfortable working with data.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Able to balance technical systems ownership with excellent employee experience.
