TradingHub in London is seeking a Head of Engineering to lead the Engineering Core department, overseeing Infrastructure, Calculation and Web teams powering its cloud-enabled trade surveillance platform. You will set architectural standards, drive platform reliability and AI-first initiatives while building a high-performing organisation aligned to TradingHub's strategic goals. You will mentor senior engineers, partner with Product, Data and Infrastructure, and own end-to-end delivery, SLAs.
