The Role
We are looking to make a key Senior Project Manager hire into our Relationship Management team to provide operational visibility, coordination and delivery oversight across TradingHub. Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, this role will ensure that customer commitments, cross-functional dependencies and major initiatives are effectively planned, tracked and delivered. Acting as the connective point between Relationship Management, Engineering, Legal, and Professional Services, the Senior Project Manager will drive clarity, accountability, and communication across teams, turning complexity into structured execution and ensuring promises to customers are met with excellence.
Responsibilities
- Maintain full visibility of our new customer pipeline and delivery commitments, supporting the Chief Customer Officer with actionable reporting.
- Coordinate Relationship Management priorities across Legal, Engineering and Professional Services, ensuring alignment and clear understanding of dependencies.
- Ensure resources are aligned for upcoming customer demos and major initiatives.
- Represent Relationship Management interests during 'big picture' customer initiatives, tracking deliverables on a 2β12 week horizon.
- Attend engineering townhalls and cross-functional meetings, pushing through requirements, providing updates, escalating risks and driving timely resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure deadlines and quality requirements are met.
Requirements
- Established Project Management expertise in product or customer linked teams.
- Demonstrable experience successfully delivering projects of varying scale according to outlined scope and timelines.
- Familiarity with Project Management software tools, methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Results-driven and willing to constantly assess ways to improve processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills with noted experience dealing with senior stakeholders.
- Time management and delegation skills with an ability to cope under pressure and prioritise work effectively.
- Knowledge of software delivery is advantageous.
