The Role

As a Customer Ops associate with daily exposure to some of the world's largest financial institutions, you'll blend hands-on customer support with technical delivery onboarding new clients, digging into complex data, and contributing code changes that push our platform forward. As our client base grows and our team stays lean, you'll have real scope to step beyond BAU and own high-impact projects. We're looking for someone proactive and curious, a self-starter who takes ownership, spots opportunities to improve how we work, and wants their contribution to genuinely move the needle.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard and support clients on our software platforms, partnering with customer facing teams and engineering.
  • Own technical projects implementing new asset classes, enabling new metrics, and updating existing code.
  • Interrogate large volumes of client data using your analytics skills to resolve critical issues.
  • Train and support clients over email and in person.
  • Collaborate across teams, manage dependencies, and flag issues through JIRA.
  • Drive internal migrations and process improvements as we scale.
  • Advise clients on the technical use of our systems in a trade surveillance context.
  • Learn TradingHub's bespoke development language and sharpen your technical toolkit on the job.

Requirements

  • STEM degree.
  • Relevant experience in a financial setting.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Solid grasp of one or more asset classes: Fixed Income, Credit, Equity or Commodities.
  • Genuine interest in financial markets; knowledge of market abuse desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with proven client-facing experience.
  • Proactive, self-motivated and hungry to learn in a collaborative environment.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to enhance your work; Claude experience an advantage.
