The role involves leading the design within a core product area, defining the user experience vision, and delivering simple, elegant, and impactful solutions to millions of users. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to solve complex problems, drive strategic initiatives, and raise the bar for design craft and quality.
- Own the design strategy and execution for a key product domain
- Drive end-to-end customer journeys that make complex financial tools feel simple and delightful
- Deliver high-quality end-to-end design work: concepts, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and prototypes
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with other teams across the organisation to gather input, ensure compliance, and strengthen decisions
- Champion data-driven design decisions that measurably improve customer success and engagement
- Set and maintain an extremely high quality bar
- Mentor and support designers, sharing your expertise to grow the team’s skills
You have:
- 8+ years of experience crafting impactful digital products
- A portfolio showcasing exceptional product thinking and the ability to make complex systems feel simple
- Strong interaction and visual design skills with attention to detail and craft
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to influence stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to use quantitative and qualitative insights to drive product success
- Proficiency in shaping and growing design systems
- Experience in leading 0-to-1 projects or major redesigns
