The role involves being a Performance Marketing Expert to join our Growth team and help drive and scale our paid advertising. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role for someone who thrives in a high-performance environment and wants to raise the bar every day. You’ll own planning, execution, testing, optimisation, and reporting across multiple channels, with a strong focus on impact, efficiency, and measurable results.
What you’ll do:
- Set up and manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, Apple Search Ads, X, Reddit or other channels.
- Ensure our martech stack enables best-in-class tracking, attribution, and reporting to support our growth.
- Continuously improve performance through testing of creatives, copy, audiences, keywords, bidding strategies, and campaign structure.
- Explore and validate new channels and campaign types.
- Build clear documentation & reports to showcase your work beyond top-of-line metrics.
What you need to have:
- Strong knowledge of marketing technology platforms, including integrating tools and processes to drive optimisation and automation.
- Deep understanding of best practices for campaign structure, bidding, ad copy, creative, and extensions.
- Proficiency with Google Ads products and programmatic advertising.
- Technical knowledge of Google Tag Manager, MMPs and CDPs; Strong analytical ability to track, interpret, and present data clearly.
- A habit of staying on top of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities.
