You’ll source new opportunities, negotiate deals, and grow existing relationships through smart collaboration, strong execution, and consistent performance management. What you’ll do:
- Source, build, and grow partnerships across media, influencers, websites, and other strategic partners
- Own outreach, negotiation, and closing deals
- Maintain strong partner communication - pitching new campaign ideas, coordinating execution, and aligning expectations
- Track performance and provide structured feedback to internal teams
- Create regular reviews and reports including performance and financial results
- Ensure partners follow all campaign guidelines, brand requirements, and compliance rules
- Conduct market research to spot new angles, validate opportunities, and assess partner fit
- Stay up to date with industry trends, new partnership formats, and competitor activity
What you need to have:
