What you’ll do:
- Manage the ISA transfer process, inbound and outbound settlement.
- Assist and train customer care to handle ISA enquiries.
- Chase counterparties to speed up pending or slow transfers.
- Escalate ISA issues and ensure they’re resolved.
- Assist the product team with ISA-related product improvements.
- Collaborate with trading operations, compliance, and IT teams on ISA-related matters.
- Document and review ISA transfer metrics.
