OpenGamma (now TT Margin) is a SaaS fintech dedicated to reducing the costs of trading derivatives. With deep quantitative expertise, we have built a cutting‑edge, cloud‑based service that enables derivatives users to uncover hidden opportunities that enhance their returns and minimize the risk associated with margin calls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial ownership – driving upsell opportunities across the client base.
  • Product enhancement – working with clients and product management to enhance the platform and create new product initiatives.
  • Develop trusted relationships with individual clients to help them get the most from the solution they have bought and position for further growth.
  • Coordinate with Client Services Lead to ensure effective management of client experience with live functionality, acting as an escalation route as needed.
  • Have a view across client workstreams (onboarding, client service, product management) to ensure a joined‑up client approach.
  • Seek and understand client requirements in our target space (Trading/Treasury/Risk/Collateral), outside of the existing offering – aim to help the firm develop new products.
  • Help spot client trends and focus marketing attention as we deliver relevant content to our existing client base.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders at clients (Traders, Treasury, Technology, Risk, Operations, senior stakeholders).
  • Strong written and face‑to‑face communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.
  • Keen eye for both fine details and the bigger picture.
  • Capable of seeking help when needed and extracting the right information.
  • Proactive in searching for ways to help the team without waiting for instructions.
  • Prior experience in an RM/Sales capacity from a clearing broker, vendor in the commodities space, or clearing house is required.
  • Good grasp of capital markets asset classes, especially derivatives and clearing.
  • Knowledge of margin and commodity markets is beneficial but not required.
