As a Supervisor we expect you tohelp run your Coffee House on a day-to-day basis and support the managementteam to deliver an amazing guest experience every time, to exceed targets, andengage your team to meet their goals. Our superstar Supervisors demonstrate a'we're all in this together' attitude and confidence in leading thefront-of-house team with passion and energy. You must drive hospitality andsales whilst engaging your team to be passionate, reliable, outgoing, universaland dutiful. Some previous experience as a Supervisor would be beneficial,especially in a busy environment with a diverse team.
What You Can Expect Your Responsibilities toBe
Support the management team in the runningof a high-volume and fast-paced coffee house
Embody and possess a full understanding ofthe Trading Post hospitality standards and key points of service
Consistently deliver great hospitality withhuge personality within the hospitality standards framework
Actively support a busy front-of-house teamand engage and communicate effectively with an equally busy back-of-house team
Support in the development of front-of-houseteam members and deliver training where required
Support in the recruitment and onboarding ofnew team members into your Coffee House
Be the face of positivity and motivate allteam members to deliver their best selves at all times
Display a smart and professional appearance,always striving to represent Trading Post Coffee Roasters in a positive way
