What You Can Expect Your Responsibilities toBe
- Dialling in grinders for all blends andsingle origins to the brand standard
- Open and close down the coffee sectionindependently
- Train and develop team members and activelyencourage continuous professional development
- Maintain the standard speed of service,coffee quality and overall consistency, in a fast-paced environment
- Pouring advanced latte art and have anunderstanding of alternative milks
- Maintain cleanliness standards at all times
- Demonstrate an understanding of all TradingPost blends and single origins including tasting notes and recipes
- Consistently deliver great hospitality withhuge personality within the hospitality standards framework
- Undertake regular training and always bestriving for self-improvement
- Lead and support a busy team and take anactive part in contributing to team-driven results
- Display a smart and professional appearance,striving to represent Trading Post Coffee Roasters in a positive way
