AsSenior Brunch Chef,you will ensure the quality and presentation of the food served from theKitchen is of the highest standard at all times. You will work with the HeadChef to ensure a smooth running daily kitchen operation, maintaining andenhancing service to the guests and to maximise profit at all times. You willalso work to ensure that all areas of the venue are working to the highest foodsafety levels at all times.
You will be a team player and whererequired e flexible and adaptable to support in our kitchen areas as thebusiness needs dictates.
We’re more concerned with what’s in theglass not whether it’s half full or empty so come and pour some happiness intoyours by joining our team!
