As aKitchen Porter you will be responsible for supporting the kitchen team inensuring they have everything they need to operate the kitchen during a busyservice. Our Kitchen Porters demonstrate a 'we're all in this together'attitude, strong organisational skills, the ability to work under pressure, andenjoying working in a very busy work environment.
WhatYou Can Expect Your Responsibilities to Be
- Support theBack of House team in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen
- Ensure thekitchen is always clean and well equipped for service
- Action anytasks requested by the Duty Chef or Duty Manager
- Be the face ofpositivity and motivation, bringing your best and most positive self atall times
- Undertakeregular training and always be striving for self-improvement
- Work to supporta busy team and take an active part in contributing to team-driven results
- Display a smartand professional appearance, always striving to represent Trading PostCoffee Roasters in a positive way

- Strongorganisational skills and the ability to quickly prioritise tasks
