We arelooking for a skilled Barista with top attention to detail, efficiency andcleanliness along with a genuine passion for all things coffee. You will havesome experience in a high-volume, quality coffee environment, serving specialtyespresso and pouring expertly steamed milk. You will also be comfortableworking with our top-of-the-range machines and grinders and develop a strongunderstanding of at-home brewing methods to be able to advise your customers.
Ourbrilliant Baristas demonstrate a 'we're all in this together' attitude,confidence in a customer-focused environment and know what it takes to delivertop-quality coffee and great hospitality at all times.
WhatYou Can Expect Your Responsibilities to Be
- Dialling ingrinders for all blends and single origins to the brand standard
- Open and closedown the coffee section independently
- Maintain thestandard speed of service, coffee quality and overall consistency, in a fast-pacedenvironment
- Pouring basiclatte art and have an understanding of alternative milks
- Learn andassist across all working aspects of the venue, as a part of the TradingPost team
- Be the face ofpositivity and motivation, bringing your best and most positive self atall times
- Consistentlydeliver great hospitality with huge personality within the hospitalitystandards framework
- Undertakeregular training and always be striving for self-improvement
- Work to supporta busy team and take an active part in contributing to team-driven results
- Display a smartand professional appearance, always striving to represent Trading PostCoffee Roasters in a positive way
