Trading Post Coffee Roasters is an artisan coffee roasting and hospitality business that, since opening in 2017, has expanded to serve freshly roasted coffee, brunch, and cocktails across Brighton and Sussex. Exceptional coffee and quality food is at the heart of everything we do and who we are. We always aspire to deliver the best quality, consistency, and service in all our Coffee Houses. We believe that small change can make a big difference with sustainability and our environment. We roast organic and Rainforest Alliance certified coffee beans. This directly helps the farmers and the community they live in.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Cleaner to join our team. Our Trading Post Coffee Houses pride themselves on high standards and a great environment for their guests. As a Cleaner you will be responsible for ensuring that all front-of-house areas are sparkling and always looking their best for our guests. This role involves early mornings and some lone working, so you’ll need to be a self-motivated early bird for this challenge!

What You Can Expect Your Responsibilities to Be:

  • Ensuring that the front-of-house areas of our coffee houses including the outside, windows and the guest toilets are cleaned daily and kept to a high standard
  • Action any additional cleaning tasks as requested by the General Manager
  • Give feedback about equipment and chemical stock levels to the General Manager
  • Report any defective equipment or structures to the General Manager
  • Be the face of positivity and motivation, bringing your best and most positive self at all times
