Our focus on excellence, consistency, and hospitality defines everything we do.
We’re looking for an eCommerce Manager to own and drive our digital performance across e-commerce and acquisition channels. Reporting into the Marketing Manager, you’ll lead day-to-day execution across our Shopify store, paid media, SEO and email — turning strategy into growth. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who thrives in a scale-up environment: comfortable pitching ideas, moving fast, testing constantly and using data (and AI) to improve results.
What you’ll do:
- Own digital execution
- Lead the execution and optimisation of digital marketing activity across web, SEO/SEM, paid social, email and display
- Translate high-level strategy into practical, high-performing campaigns
- Take ownership of timelines, budgets and performance within agreed targets
Ecommerce & Shopify
- Working closely with the Head of Wholesale, you’ll own day-to-day optimisation of the Shopify store, including product pages, collections, landing pages and promotions
- Drive conversion rate optimisation through testing, funnel analysis and customer journey improvements
- Manage and optimise the Shopify app stack to support growth and trading activity
SEO & organic growth
- Lead hands-on SEO execution across on-page, content and technical fundamentals
- Run keyword research, optimise site content and brief new content where needed
- Monitor performance and proactively identify opportunities to grow high-intent traffic
Paid media & performance
- Own paid acquisition across Google Ads and Meta using Meta Business Suite
- Manage budgets, audiences, creative testing and optimisation to improve ROAS and CPA
- Continuously test formats, messaging and targeting to unlock scalable growth
- Brief and collaborate with the Marketing Manager & Marketing Executive on copy, imagery and video
- Ensure content is performance-led while staying on-brand
AI, tools & experimentation
- Use AI tools to maximise efficiency for campaign planning, content creation, keyword research and analysis
- Automate and streamline workflows where possible to move faster and work smarter
- Stay curious about new tools, platforms and growth opportunities
- Explore opportunities for the brand to leverage AI tools as a sales channel, e.g., AI recommendations
- Assist in managing our coffee-house-centric app for iOS & Android
Data & insight
- Own performance tracking across all channels using Google Analytics and platform dashboards
- Turn data into clear insights and recommendations, feeding learnings back into strategy
- Deliver clear, to-the-point reporting that can be shared with wider stakeholders
- Spot what’s working, what’s not, and act quickly
- Share your expertise on what’s new in your field and be comfortable training and educating colleagues
About you
You’re an independent, hands-on digital marketer who likes ownership, momentum and impact.
What we’re looking for:
- 3–4 years’ experience
- Strong, demonstrable, hands-on experience with Shopify ecommerce
- Proven capability across SEO, PPC, paid social and web analytics
- Confident using Meta Business Suite and Google Ads
- Experience in improving conversion rates and running structured tests
- Comfortable using AI tools to speed up execution and improve outcomes
- Experience with iOS & Android apps is a plus!
- Data-driven, commercially minded and action-oriented
- Organised, adaptable and confident working independently
- An interest in coffee is always a plus!
What can we offer you:
- £37,500–£40,000 base salary (depending on experience)
- Company shares option scheme after completion after 12 months
- Career development opportunities in a growing national brand
- Employee discounts in-store and online
- Collaborative, creative, and supportive team culture
