We are looking for a positive, enthusiastic Kitchen Porter who thrives under pressure and is looking to take the next step in their kitchen career. As a Kitchen Porter you will be responsible for supporting the kitchen team in ensuring they have everything they need to operate the kitchen during a busy service. Our Kitchen Porters demonstrate a 'we're all in this together' attitude, strong organisational skills, the ability to work under pressure, and enjoy working in a very busy work environment.
What You Can Expect Your Responsibilities To Be:
- Support the Back of House team in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen
- Ensure the kitchen is always clean and well equipped for service
- Action any tasks requested by the Duty Chef or Duty Manager
- Be the face of positivity and motivation, bringing your best and most positive self at all times
- Undertake regular training and always be striving for self-improvement
- Work to support a busy team and take an active part in contributing to team-driven results
